Old business
- Shannon’s non-existent tattoo does still not exist.
- Shannon is making a commitment to stop smoking after his birthday on August 9, as well as start working out to lose weight.
- Gear night: those who went had a good time, many were out of town at Dore Alley.
- Boys on film: Due to technological reasons, some people did not get the emails in time when movie emails were sent out, so Loki is working on getting the forum setup on the new site so we won’t have to rely on yahoo. Let’s try to make it out this month.
- YEP House presentation: the presentation went very well with about 45 young adults who had many questions and were very respectful. Something we are willing to do again if they ask us to.
- APEX announcement: APEX
- DILF Party: joe is working on a date with Lon still.
- Justice Prevails: Justice was bestowed the membership status of “Friend of the boys”. We thank here for all of her support to the boys and the Phoenix leather and gay community.
New Business
- Wolf’s memorial service: 1pm this Saturday (08/06/2011) at the Church of Hope next to the Rock.
- Chocolate Cherub Auction: 2pm this Saturday (08/06/2011) at the bunkhouse.
- Grand opening of Claude’s: this is to support balloon boy Brett who works there now,
- boys on film: Loki will put a movie poll online to get feedback on what we want to see this month.
- APEX presentation: Shannon will get a demo/presentation set up to do at an APEX Monday night meeting. Marcus will send him the program coordinator’s contact info.
- Demos for the rugby team: everything is going as planned and is setup for Saturday, September 17. More info will be coming as we get closer.
- New member nominations: Yuri was nominated to be a member of the boys and was unanimously voted in.
